Receive Genuine  Warranty - ST Dupont provides a full warranty on their product when they are purchased from an Authorized Dealer such as us. They will not provide warranty service on purchases made through unauthorized dealers. We are a fully Authorized S.T. Dupont Dealer.

Guaranteed Genuine Products - Prestige brands such as S.T. Dupont are sometimes are copied with imitations. These imitation Dupont's are often indistinguishable in appearance. Please Note: Our Return Policy does not include:

• Special or Custom Orders
• Engraved Items
• Any Item that was purchased new and unused from us and then subsequently used. This applies to the filling of and lighting of lighters or fountain pens which have had ink put in them.
• Items not purchased from our store or Internet site.

Any return must be accompanied by the original Dupont paperwork and packaging.

Please call for a Return Authorization number which one of our Customer Service representatives will provide for you before returning any item.
No refunds or replacements will be given without this Return Authorization number.
